Used for facial massages, decongests the nose and frees the breath. I also use it for the stomach, it improves transit and is placed on the energy centers called Marmas in Ayurveda. Pungent, hot, penetrating, it increases the Fire element and eliminates the Air element.

Clarified butter widely used in India, it is one of the flagship products of Ayurveda. I use it in Kansu foot massage. It regulates the Fire element in the body through its anti-pitta properties.
